1. Information We Collect

• Contact details you submit (name, WhatsApp number, email).
• Property details you provide (development name, unit type, current status, target payout).
• Messages and photos you send us about your unit.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for site analytics.

2. How We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry within one working day and prepare a free unit assessment.
• To send WhatsApp or email replies where you have opted in.
• To operate managed listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda on your behalf if we enter into a management agreement.
• To improve our website and services.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers required to deliver our services (for example our channel manager, listing platforms and accounting providers), or where required by Malaysian law.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Owner records for managed units are retained for the duration of the agreement and for a further 7 years to meet Malaysian record-keeping requirements.

5. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Contact us at support@mybnb.com.my.

6. Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality and privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising cookies are set.
